Nayak’s expertise in launching premium-tier innovations across key Asian and European markets allowed him to not only meet sales targets but also exceed them significantly, thereby delivering robust gross-margin expansion.

After his impactful stay at Unilever, Nayak transitioned to Meta, where he served as the APAC Client Partnerships Leader for Consumer Goods. Brands, where he was responsible for overseeing regional commercial performance, brand strategy, annual planning, and innovative product development.
